Welcome to the reStructuredText Primer!
=======================================

The reStructuredText Primer serves two purposes. First, it is a project by which I can learn reStructuredText and, 
to a lesser extent, Sphinx and Docutils. Second, it is a resource for others to learn the basics of reStructuredText.
